GODWIN'S GOT NOTHIN'

The day was uneventful.

Went to Lowe's to buy a hedge trimmer. It's still in the car.

Washed the car. (I hope water didn't leak on the trimmer)

Made hamburgers.

I love being on vacation from work.

I guess this is how Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Carl Edwards and Dale Earnhardt Jr. spend their idle time. I should have been a NASCAR driver. I'll shoot for that in my next life.

Maybe I'll have more to share tomorrow (which is actually already today)

The next time Sterling Marlin and Ryan Newman see each other, there's gonna be a big ass fight.

GODWIN'S SPRING CLEANING

It was a beautiful day and I got spring cleaning fever.

It started innocently enough -- just mop the kitchen floor (two teen-agers, two dogs -- you get the picture).

That led to mopping all the floors. They looked good, so I decided to vaccuum. But there were some spots (dogs, kids), so I got out the steam cleaner and did my office and parts of the livingroom and dining room.

After mopping and vacuuming, I ended the session with a quick dusting. Whew!

Sterling Marlin wears a hairpiece???? You learn something new every day.
